I never received my package
I never received my package. Horrible customer service. Waiting to see if they will even honor that. I’m a yoga teacher and there are so many other great options to buy yoga clothes. Don’t buy Lululemon. Plus they are pushing their political beliefs on you. That should not be a part of buying clothes.

I bought an overpriced yoga top for my wife's birthday. 24 hour delivery. Day 3 a twee message saying "We're running a little late". 7 days later... zilch. Get the basics right and forget the other nonsense.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. 17 days after the order, the items are sent back to the sender. I was following the UPS tracking and the parcel never made it anywhere near my address. No contact attempted to me by Lululemon. I telephoned them and they informed me that they cannot resend or reorder because their warehouse cannot process it. So I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund, then if I wish. spend my time to process another order. They are a high cost brand with a low cost customer offering. The score on here says it all. Awful company that need to audit their delivery service and sack everyone involved.

Over 6 months waiting
I have been trying for several months to get damaged item support. I went through your website and filled out the form to get a ticket number. I waited several months before I ever received a reply. When I did I was asked for a photo of the round dot with the product info. I sent that on May 18th. Today is June 20th and I still haven’t received a response. I think it’s disgusting that it has been 6 months trying to get a hold of someone to get my item replaced when the warranty for the product has not been met

Lulumon athletica
This wwwlulumonsaleshop is a scam, they're impersonating Lululemon and if you don't pay attention you it will cost you. Ordered in mid April and got nothing, no surprise there. Lesson learned. I reported it to Lululemon but they don't seem to be able to take it down.

Friendly staff and the clothes fit great
I see some terrible reviews, but my experience has been excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff in the stores, and the clothes fit great.

Great customer service
Impressed by the store on Kings road, London where they take your name going into the changing rooms so it’s really personal and you feel like a valued customer. Great customer service.

Well the quality is appalling I’ve had them for not so long my sweaty Betty leggings haven’t even got a single bobble on them guys don’t waste your money on bad quality

Yes wish there could be zero stars. I am bombarded by emails, tried to unsubscribe, no obvious links and online chat pointless. I really want out of this. How do I unsubscribe???

Disappointing customer service
I very rarely take time to write reviews, so this shows how dissapointing this service has been. My parcel never arrived and lululemon took weeks with the investigation and had very poor customer service in the process. Completely unacceptable for this price range

Too bad zero stars isn't an option
I reached out to their customer service since several packages in a row were delivered late, one being a birthday gift and one that was supposed to be delivered before I left town. Since it wasn't delivered before I left, I would've missed the return date if it didn’t fit. I was informed that although every online order I've made gives an "arrives by" date, that date is actually an estimated delivery date and not a guarantee. The response to my frustration was that shipping is 2-6 business days and they'd pass along my frustrations. Of course, since those emails several weeks ago, it still says "arrives by" when ordering. I think the website is incredibly misleading and the customer service was useless and bordering on rude. If the shipping is 2-6 business days, there should be a range of delivery dates with the "arrives by" date being the latest of the range. For such expensive clothing, I was expecting a higher class of customer service. They clearly just want to make money and don't actually value customer satisfaction. I definitely would not want to support such a company.

Lululemon has made significant changes…
Lululemon has made significant changes to their policies over the last year. During this transition the lululemon would allow a customer to use a gift card with a sweat collective discount. Whenever a sale item is returned its refunded to a gift card. These returns add up so my gift card size was around 300 USD. While checking out my discount and gift cards were accepted and I was shown the correct total. Reviewing my bank statement lululemon charged me a completely different amount and removed my gift cards from the order. A representative on chat admitted to their new policy change as well as the gift cards removal. I felt very uncomfortable with this type of corporate behavior. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Since then I have stopped shopping at this greedy place all together. Their quality going down hill as prices are hiked up paired with these awful new policies has driven me far far away.

They are hypocrites
They are hypocrites. I have a gift card and learned after shopping for a while and selecting a few things I really liked on their “Like New” website that they don’t accept gift cards for those clothes. So they don’t want their clothes to be sent to land fills, but they’ll limit how you can make the purchase. You already have the money and I could have taken some things out of the extra inventory!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. UPS was supposed to deliver the parcel on the 3rd of May but they didn't even come by, they left it at a collection point 2.5km away! I contacted Lulu and they said that they are sorry but there is nothing they can do and it is UPS' fault so I can contact them if I want but there is nothing they can do. I called UPS who said they will try to redeliver in 2 days but they never did. Contacted Lulu again who again told me all they can do is pass on my complaint to UPS but I should not expect a response from UPS and there is nothing they can do about the parcel but it would be best if I just go and pick it up myself! We do know UPS is absolutely incompetent but I expected better customer service from Lulu.
